Today, Nauman Companies is comprised of Nauman Contracting, Nauman Mechanical and Nauman Properties and is located in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Thank you Jarrod for your professional assistance and excellent service. Gary was great, knowledgeable and very pleasant he installed our Propane Water Heater over 2 weeks ago. We opted to switch from electric to propane and appreciate the almost immediate hot water!!! Gary was prompt, professional and well versed.Thank you, thank you, thank you.Okay, I wanted to post another review however I guess Google doesn't allow more than one from same person.Well, my air conditioning unit took a siesta over the weekend ... Ms Anita in customer service arranged for Kris to get to my home asap to see what the problem was. He had a pretty long day and called to willingly keep my apptmt even though it was early evening. Am I so thrilled to say yes please do come. Such a nice, respectful and friendly person, moreover professional and knowledgeable. He looked at the unit diagnosed it immediately, did the repair in no time and cool air back on!!!Kudos to Nauman Mechanical for such great service. Totally grateful. Two services within 2 weeks and absolutely happy!

We had an excellent experience with Nauman Mechanical. Jeff was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with my Geo Thermal unit and had in up and running in 20 minutes! He even had the part that it needed with him. They took my call and came promptly in the middle of the heat wave. Great, accurate service at a reasonable price!

Wonderful service from Nauman Mechanical. They were always responsive to my emailed questions, and gave me a competitive quote on replacing the outside unit of my dead heat pump. I was quoted a price on Monday, the unit was installed Thursday, three days later! Couldn't ask for better.

We finally had air conditioning installed in our house in mid-2012 which included a heat pump so we could get away from our all-electric heating. While it was great to have the whole house air-conditioned, we have had a good number of issues since the installation. Some were minor but several were not - culminating recently in what ended up to be a several week timeframe where we needed to fall back on our electric heat. Nauman Mechanical had taken over for the original company who did the install and who didn't really provide the level of service I expected. With this last problem I saw the level of both professionalism and capability I've been looking for as both Troy, the owner, and Jeff H., the service tech both personally extended themselves to ensure that this time everything was really fixed. Neither gave up when the diagnostic and the solution got complex and time-consuming. As it turned out, the vast majority of our issues have been from a service issue that occurred right after installation but with Troy and Jeff's perserverance, we now have a system that is working better than ever...and I now have a HVAC company in which I have utmost confidence and would recommend whole-heartedly. My 5 Stars go to the recent effort and results and getting my system to the level I had originally paid for.

When my daughter's well stopped working, we called Nauman at 8:00 PM Saturday evening. The call was quickly answered by a friendly voice that took all the information. We received a return call in minutes from a technician, telling me he was able to head over...Long story short, two hours after the original call, the water was flowing as normal...IT DOES NOT get any BETTER than that!...Thank You

I can not say enough about Nauman Mechanical. Technicians Ralph and Chris are wonderful very nice and informative. they know what they are doing and did a great job fixing and servicing our furnace. Blaine the manager is also a great person, he was very kind and helpful. This company is honest and very fair and I look forward to having them service our needs in the future. Very Great Service!!! I would recommend Nauman Contracting for any job you need done. Our water heater went out over the weekend and Eric came and installed a new one. He was very timely and communicated everything clearly, very helpful!! He worked around my busy schedule and was able to come the next day to install one. Eric went above and beyond and checked the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly. Thank you Eric and the Team and Nauman for all the help!!!

We have used Nauman Mechanical for a few different projects around the house from replacing heaters, faucets, and a well pump. They are always professional and show up when they say they will. Outstanding service! I met with two Dan's (Dan S. & Dan) who took care of my ductless installation. They arrived on time for my install & cleaned up all work related debris. Dan S. answered all my install concerns while he worked on perfecting placement and the mechanical ductless setup. I'm so glad I called the Nauman Co. Thanks guys! Nauman Contracting did a beautiful renovation of the apartment building that I currently live in on Main Street in Stroudsburg PA. Originally built in the 1880s, the historic Tillotson House was definitely feeling it's age, but Troy Nauman and his team scooped up that diamond in the ruff and made it shine! Now my fiance and I get the unique and wonderful experience of living in a historic treasure with a fresh face. Even with all the modern restorations, Troy was able to preserve the original wood floors, pocket doors, vintage shutter blinds and turret that give the mansion its charm! I think that there is a photo posted on this page 🙂

From the moment I met Dave I felt comfortable with him and could tell he knew what he was talking about. Professional, kind, always answered or called me back in short amount of time whenever I would call him. Dan and Dan were amazing!!! They did an awesome job installing my ductless system!!! Dan answered any questions I had and installed in my home as if it was his own. Cleaned up so well it was as if they weren't even there. I am writing to express my gratitude for the service and professionalism of Nauman. You have surpasses my expectations. From start to finish, the whole process was perfectly painless. Before reaching out to Nauman for our furnace, we dealt with 2 other companies. It was the coldest week of December and we had NO heat...for days. the other companies literally "fixed" it for a few hours. We paid hundreds in service fees etc. Finally called Nauman and boom we had heat. We did have to replace our furnace, however they couldn't get to us until New Years Eve but they were able to maintain the old furnace long enough to have heat until they did the install. Literally they came the same day I called, we made a decision, and we had an install date. I received a personal call from the boss to ensure we would be taken care of. They came when they said. I am just mad at myself we didn't call them first. Thank you Nauman team for a flawless job!!

I called about the Mitsubishi indoor units and David had come to the house and gave us an excellent walk through with an affordable and great unit for our house. Later that week two young gentlemen came and installed the indoor unit and they did a fantastic job with the installation and clean up, they showed us how to use the controls before they had left. I will definitely be using them for our home improvements in the future and would recommend them to anyone else looking to do home improvements as well!
