Payment is due at the time of submission. Maintenance Agreements are NOT valid until payment is received. Labor or parts to repair any equipment that is found to be defective are not included in this agreement. In this instance, a detailed proposal will be presented to you for your approval. There may be an extra charge for systems that require additional cleaning procedures resulting from excessive dirt, dust, grime, or other contaminants. If additional charges apply, payment required at time of service. Service appointments during extreme weather months (summer and winter) are reserved primarily for troubleshooting and repairs. Customers should understand that there will be limited availability for routine maintenance during these times.
